Our Ministry
The Mission
As Of First Importance Ministries (AOFIM) travels around Philippines from city to city bringing Christ-centered Bible training to local churches.
Partner
We partner with a local church to host our ministry programs for 4-6 months. Our desire is to come alongside local churches and support them in their ministry to their communities.
Equip
We equip the local pastors and church leaders living in the vicinity of the host church by conducting free weekly Bible training, joining them in church ministry, and walking with them daily.
Evangelize
We join the churches in reaching their communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ by training them in the gospel, joining them in their evangelistic efforts, and holding outreach events.
Travel
We move with our camper trailer to the next mission point to minister to the needs of another group of local churches and their communities.
The Programs
Christ-Centered Bible Training
Free Bible training classes are conducted primarily for pastors and church leaders. We prioritize pastors and church leaders who cannot physically or financially afford to receive formal Bible education. However, we offer our programs to any who are eager to be trained in Christ-centeredness, whether or not they have had formal Bible education.
Classes are held at each mission point in three-hour sessions twice a week. The classes consist of only 10 to 15 students which allows for more personal training with room for interaction and discussion. Meals during classes, Bibles, study materials, and other Christian literature are all provided without charge.

We also hold a free Bible seminar for two full days, open to any of the members of the churches at that mission point, so they too can exhorted in God's Word and equipped for ministry.

The objective of this Bible Training program is to exhort the churches through discipleship in two subjects: Christ-Centered Gospel and Christ-Centered Bible Interpretation.
Christ-Centered Evangelism
Outreach activities at each mission point are conducted in the communities of the participating churches.
We join the churches in weekly evangelism, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ from house-to-house, in the streets, in the marketplaces, and wherever the Lord opens a door for Christ to be proclaimed in each place.
Evangelistic events are held in partnership with all the participating churches at that mission point. We invite the unbelieving in the vicinity of the churches to attend an evening of preaching the gospel, singing the gospel, and giving testimonies of the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Bibles, hot meals, and gifts of food, clothes, and toys are given out as the Lord provides. Through these events, we pray to connect people to the local church to be discipled in Christ.

The objective of this Evangelistic Program is to evangelize the lost through the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ according to the Scriptures.

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
